Recount is NOT AN ANSWER.

The same tainted ballots will be the basis for recounting, this is no good. We might as well tell Celestin that he is the new president and let it rests on this way. We need a new election, juste pure and simple.

Nothing else will do. The elections were a total sham. Let us face it, admit it and move forward with new projects.
