Sisters and Brothers,

Thank God for this statement from the Good Senator.

But it should go a little further, their assets in US Banks and US Territories should be ceased immediately and distributed evenly to those living in tents.

As food for thought: Allmost 40 million dollars to carry out what should be known - so far - as 'Selection' and not 'Election', but not 40 million gallons of water for those who need it.
