Ican'tbelieve why they put Martelly out.I strongly desagree because it is unfaire.CEP is not supposed to put celestin on second because celestin was in fraud at the begining ofthe election on November 28. Population anpat vote Celestin vre se li avek Preval ki peye lajan pou mete non li nan bultin yo.
