I doubt that Mr. Mulet have the authority to say what the international community as a whole will do if the results of the elections are suspicious and that fraudulent activities are proven.

I am puzzled and somewhat disturbed by his alleged quote or " the old saying" below.

"He who has the gold makes the rules"
"The hand that rocks the cradle is the hand that rules the world"

If he actually said that, I believe that he need to explain the context of his comment to the Haitian people.

That statement is arrogant and disrespectful to the people of a sovereign country.

The Haitian authorities should demand a clarification.
