Preval cynicism never ceased to amaze me.
However, Rene Preval is a Haitian citizen; he should be able to STAY in his country.

We are talking about change.

Why don't we start here. Why should ex-presidents of Haiti have to live in exile?

It is not good for Haiti's economy and it is not good for its citizens.

Let Mr. Preval spend his money in Haiti.

Whether or not he has to face legal charges is a different matter all together...

The man should be able to retire in his country as a private citizen.
