I believe that Baker is the right man for Haiti at this time. the country must be stabilized economically, in order to change the political game. the country needs someone that has interests it who will not be looking to leave it after his mandate.

In my view, he would be able to provide the security needed or necessary to attract investors and encourage them to open businesses in other big cities of the country.

The private sector needs security for their businesses.
