Jude Celestin Unable to Vote, Ballot Problems

Haitian Presidentail Candidate Jude Celestin went to cast his vote in Petion Ville Earlier today and was unable to vote for his ownself because of ballot problems.

Apparently his name was on the ballot but he could not find his own picture.
