This is exactly what the Haitians are afraid of. That Mrs. Manigat will take power and than her husband and the husband entourage will tell her what to do. It will be like good old time again...and if the Haitians are stupid enough to elect Mrs Manigat or pushed to accept Mr. Manigat as the future president.

In that case, a lot of people will wash their hands and moved on to other more salvageable problems.
