How could Mr.Jude Celestin employed an unorthodox method as distributing money to the people to vote for him is allowed?

Should Mr. Celestin be disqualified on that basis alone?

Even for Haiti, this method is under handed and down right despicable, if not illegal.

Come on people!! You just have got to set limits and boundaries EVEN FOR HAITI.

Otherwise nothing will change in Haiti, if its people accepts anything and everything.

We have to respect Haiti, if we want others to respect us. Respect is EARNED.

What is jude celestin is doing is disrespectful to Haiti.

The dude just got away with basically MURDER.

If indeed he was involved with the SANCO Company, You know, the Company that damped the feces in the Artibonite River.

Everybody react against the MINUSTAH BUT not against Mr. Jude Celestin.

Now giving money to the hungry masses to vote for him...

I guess that any goes, right, it is Haiti, who the hell cares...Huh?

Mr. Celestin, not only you know the answer, but you are perpetuating the causes.
