Whoever wins the Election should make the CEP give the Senators and Congressmen a test on Civics and Moral Instructions before they run for Office.

Mutual Respect is not a practice in Haiti.

Most of them do not even know the first couplet of the Dessalinienne.

They ignore protocol and we want to know why they all live and stay in the Capital, Port-au-Prince.

What happens to the Departments and Communes they swore in to represent?

They should have regular office hours in their localities and hold sessions in Port-au-Prince.
