Well, I went to the debate for Mirlande Manigat, Mr. Laguerre made me realized she is a hype. She was non existant and had no opinion, She looks like a nice grand mother with a big capacity to smile things off. But not the president Haiti needs.

I did not know Laguerre but he made an impression on the crowd which gave him an ovation and ignored Mrs. Manigat after the debate.
