Steven I do not remember Mirlande Manigat took the power in Haiti in 1988?Leslie Manigat, yes.Let us try to be objective, being against or for Duvalier can not help the country now.I think if we want to count who does wrong to this country, everyone is guilty.The only problem I have with Mirlande Manigat is that I still do not know her plan or I can not read it yet to see if it fits for Haiti now.The only candidate having a plan that I have read is Charles Baker...Again let the voters decide
