Is Mirlande Manigat going to come back with the Haitian army?I think it was a mistake when the haitian army was dismentled.The institution needed some reform for sure. We need a professional army being able to provide help in case of disaster, thus Haiti is placed in a red zone for disaters.

An army being able to protect and secure the land.What about the dual-citizenship, is she saying something about it?We need your Program Mrs Manigat.
