He is an African American settler (U.S. Colon) and that is why he has all the U.S. factories' contracts to produce goods for Americans and not for Haitians.

That is why you call busissman...Baker will bring more U.S. factories to pollute Haiti and he will create more dependency toward the U.S. We do not want Baker and he is not popular in Haiti as you may claim it...
