Dual citizenship

Are our so-called haitian laws makers stupid or they are protecting themselves?We have men and women that borned in Europe, Asia,Africa from Haitian citizens that left Haiti for political and economical reasons.

Their children are car designers, electricians,doctors, writers etc, some them want to
help but those A..h...

runing Haiti don't want help from anyone in the diaspora, they are busy stealing the wealth of our country.

We have a spanish
harlem former cab driver doing a better job runing dominican republic than INTELETIEL HAYTIENS.

Haitian people shouldn't vote to send a message to the CEP that we are tired of electing those morons.Dual citizenship would help Haiti tremendously because we"ll be able to elect someone that didn't grow up into haiti political system.The list of Haiti presidential candidates expose our problem:Mr l'Ingenieur X, L'Agronome Y, MinistreZ, BS. Sweet Micky, the Clown is just as qualified as all those dumb asses
