Just one additional burning question to you Mr. Baker

5) Will you implement a NEW EDUCATION REFORM where you will put in place REPERCUSSION LAWS AND MANY ETHNICS GROUP WATCHDOGS TO ADVOCATES on behalf of these students and to prevent abuses on THEIR GRADUATION PROCESS?

Additionally with a COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM?

Reason for this education reform question is because, while growing up in Haiti.

I have always felt that there were a big discrimination gap between the poor and the rich students in the schools.

While the rich students were PASSING THEIR TESTS and getting their HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMAS at an STAGGERING RATE, the poor students were failing in doubling numbers of the rich students after 14 LONG YEARS OF SCHOOL.

I have observed it in my neighborhood alone.

I am one to testify of having watched many of my smart, bright cousins and neighbors were STUDYING THEIR BUT OFF days and nights to prepare themselves in order to pass that BAKALOREYA TEST. Later to learn that they did not make it OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN EVERY YEAR. At the end as a youngster, I came to the conclusion that it was not their fault of not passing that test. IT WAS THESE criminals behind these desks that were discriminating against them. They actually wanted certain groups to succeed and keeping the rest of Haiti's PRECIOUS TREASURES behind, which is always the next generation sir. Example: One time, I counted 36 students in my neighborhood went to get the test and ONE OF THEM PASSED ONLY. The rest of the 35 went back over and over and over again.

None of them ever passed.

Eventually they gave up and ended having a family of their own in THAT CYCLE OF POVERTY.

Their family is the only thing they always end up having to make themselves proud even though that it's always hell raising a family in Haiti as a poor and helpless person in Haiti.

Wouldn't this make you mad as hell?
