I DON'T BELIEVE THAT, WHY WOULD PRESIDENT PREVAL DO SUCH THING.

HAITIAN PEOPLE DON'T NEED GUN, WE ALREADY HAVE SECURITY PROBLEM IN HAITI.

GIVING AWAY GUN WILL CREATE MORE SINGLINDOU.
