Since I posted the earlier info, I have found out lots more about this guy. He has been extremely outspoken about how the rubble debris from the earthquake is being (mis)handled, and says Haiti needs a "rubble czar" because it is like no one is in charge of really critical things in the aftermath of the earthquake.

Haiti Libre is doing portraits or biographies on each participant in the presidential race so that the voters can better know those which aspire to the presidency of Haiti.
