If the Rap Kreyol has any brains at all, it will find out where the Senators' and Deputies' children go to school, and have the children deliver the following message to Mommy and Daddy: DOUBLE CITIZENSHIP NOW or else!
Double citizenship will put an end to this "residency" requirement bs.
