The Popularity issue.

Garaudy Laguerre, I think is the guy who ran this institute for 10 years.

I heard him speak on Magic 9 radio station two weeks ago, a good and convincing speaker.

I don't think Haiti is ready for people like him, he is to modern and visionary.

Popularity in Haiti is about name recodgnition and money.

Unfortunately for Haiti, the guys that are known have no credibility, the guys that are good have no maoney.

This election will be decided by money and Preval's guy Jude and Alexis have all the governement's money at their disposal.

The worst part is that the international community knows it and condons it.
I wish you luck, Mr. Laguerre, haiti needs it.
