Any outside help will do, as long the people in the Haiti election investigate (do their homework) to really see if (OAS/OEA) and CARICOM intent is truly on the interest of Haiti.

Just to make sure, because we all know there can be morons anywhere.

Additionally, lets just thank (OAS/OEA) and CARICOM for their support.
