What progress have the Country made w/out diaspora's vote. It is essential that the Diaspora participate in all aspect of re-building our Country including, voting, running for Government office and Position.

Remember more than U.S. Government the Diaspora send more than 3 Billion dollars each year to their Family in Haiti.
