Now haiti you dont have to be educated to become senator.

just try to be a popular star after you can become everything you want.
But me I think, Gracia Delva can't become senator.

1) niveau intellectuel(he never attends university)
2)he dont spends time school for that(rheto)non non (kinddind me).

3)may be mayor.

4)Gracia go back school.
