This is the same US-Secretary of State who is welcoming ALL Cubans into the United States, no question ask while keeping all Haitian at bay.

Not even Haitian-American citizens are exempt even though the Immigration law through the Family Reunification Act (FRA) gives US-citizens first priority.

My friend, a naturalized US-citizen has been trying to get his kids to join him for 7 years now.

I bet she was laughing at us, Haitians as soon she was done wishing Haitians happy independence day.

So go figure!
