Leslie is a very capable, very intelligent man. He has paid his dues and served Haiti well over many turbulent years. Amb. Voltaire will be able to manage the complex nature of domestic politics while effectively managing international donor support. I trust he will support the construction of a safe, secure and efficient national ferry system to boost domestic production and grow the internal economy. President Voltaire could go down in history as a transitional figure for Haitian progress and economic development. Good luck Leslie. Ayibobo
