All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.

They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Haiti is an indivisible, sovereign, independent, corporatist, free, democratic and social.

These first articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Constitution
Haiti, 1987, are the highlights of the overall vision of Olicier PIERICHE, the new star of Haitian politics leading his country to the fate which the citizens expect from their accession of independence, January 1, 1804. The new star of the Haitian political stage under the leadership REBUILDING HAITI which has arisen since 2004, is now shining and injecting into the national consciousness, a dose of duty and commitment to excellence, putting the person in the heart of human society and the country, places where is converged the dignity of man in its fullest sense.

To achieve this, the State must meet its four traditional functions of government based on its very existence:
External security through diplomacy and homeland defense, homeland security and the maintenance of public order, notably with the police; Define the law and render justice, economic sovereignty, and financial issuing currency, particularly through the banking-center.

Apart from these four basic functions of the state, above the earthquake of January 12, 2010 that devastated our beloved country, we are obligated to formulate new guidelines for building a strong Nation.

We were very moved by the solidarity expressed by the international community.

We are grateful.

This, after all, as noble as these gestures of solidarity and goodwill, the Haitian people must remain master of its destiny.

For this, he must set specific objectives in this new context that requires self-control and patriotic benevolence worthy of the virtue of the republic, as the founding fathers of our nation from whom we have inherited as a legacy.

The social project of the party REBUILDING HAITI that is both ambitious and realistic prefigures the roadmap for our next government.

He will invent a new model of economic, social, security and environmental.

That is to say, give a new meaning to the Haitian society through solidarity, responsibility and civil liberties and a spawn of new directions at home and aboard with global integration through a open collaboration with its neighbors.
