Question: What Does

David Grant Says...

My interpretation of the constitution is this: If you were living abroad and, have returned to Haiti and acquired a residence and have lived there for five years; even though you may have travelled for short period, gives you the right to participate in the presidential election or to declare yoursel as candidate as long you have not renounced your citizenship.

The topic is: Question: What Does "residence" In Haiti Mean Exactly?
