When Is Preval Going To Be Arrested?

Preval should be in Jail for not been able to give a valid account of the 200 heavy machinaries (Truck, Loaders, etc). Those 200+ truck could have been use to clear the roads. This is the end result when you have a president that doesn't have a plan. with countless example of him telling the People that they're on their own. No one knows the yearly budget of preval's government. we need check and ballance. we need to keep an eye on preval. why is the Haitian government prevent an invester from Dubay who was ready to invest $47 billion dollars in Haiti. because that invester refuses to pay those idiots (cinq etoile Preval)
