Preval should be in Jail for not been able to give a valid account of the 200 heavy machinaries (Truck, Loaders, etc).
Those 200+ truck could have been use to clear the roads.
This is the end result when you have a president that doesn't have a plan. with countless example of him telling the People that they're on their own. No one knows the yearly budget of preval's government.
