Who in Haitian Politics is really DOING something FOR the people?

You often hear the words "PEP LA" (the people) every time Haitian politicians open their mouth but which politician you believe is really DOING something positive FOR the people... Looking around, don't you get the impression the Haitian politics is more about POWER and MONEY then it is about The REPUBLIC and the PEOPLE???

Yon ti KEKSYON:

Ki denye fwa ou tande yon Haitien di: "Men kisa senatè entèl fè nan bouk la..."???

Ki denye fwa ou tande yon votè Haitien di: "Ahhh... Depite entèl ap fè yon bon travay... M-ap vote pou li ankò"???

As I drive around Haiti it seems the further away you are from Port-au-Prince the more the people re left to fend for themselves...

In the meantime, every corner of Haiti has a Senator, a Depute, a Kazek or Azek who is there to REPRESENT the people.

PEP LA (the people), this favorite word in Haiti politics, I have a feeling most of them don't even know what JOB they have hired their representatives to do.

Every day I hear senators and deputes on the radio taking nonsense, what I don't hear is their names from the mouth of their constituents... You hardly hear a senator's name come out of the mouth of someone they represent...

So my question is: Who in Haitian Politics is really DOING something FOR the people?
