VIDEO: Haiti Judge Jean Serge Joseph was poisoned, Senator Moises Jean-Charles says

Haiti Senator Moïse Jean Charles said that according to his information, Judge Jean Serge Joseph was poisoned with contaminated whiskey he had consumed during his alleged meeting with Haitian President Michel Martelly, Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe and many other personalities.

The second Senator North, also said that a meeting was held at the courthouse between lawyers, judges and the chief judge Mr. Raymond Jean Michel to confirm that there had been a meeting between Judge Jean Serge Joseph and the executive.

The senator noted the decomposing state of the remains of the judge at the morgue attributing it to the poisoning. Senator Jean Charles announced the establishment in the Senate of the Republic of a commission to shed light on the case and determine the responsibilities of all those who were involved.

Even though the judge's death is somewhat strange, it is too early to start brandishing blame.

The police should start investigating the matter and the coroner's office should lunge an autopsy in order to ascertain the cause of death.
