Haiti President Jovenel Moise aborts trip to the 74th UN General Assembly due to political tension.
Due to the current political crisis in Haiti, President Jovenel Moise has decided not to go to the 74th UN General Assembly where he was supposed to speak Thursday.
The president was getting ready to leave Haiti this Tuesday but an effort to get his prime Minister ratified by the Senate turned into chaos and mayhem.

The Haiti UN Mission will be under the leadership of Haitian foreign Minister Edmond Brochitt according to a note from the National Palace.
