Haiti Elections 2015 - Steven Benoit - Candidate for President

"I did not receive one penny," Steven Benoit said, "the money was diverted because its destination was to the candidates for president"

Steven Benoit mentioned the names of 3 leaders of platform KONVIKSYON he said stole the money.

Benoit said he wrote to the CEP and Wilson Laleau to say he will not be held accountable for this money he never received.
