Plot to Assassinate Caraibes FM Journalist Jean Monard Metellus Uncovered

According to a note from the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, public action will be set in motion against several individuals who were gathered at the Avenue Poupelard on Thursday to try to boycott the elections in planning the assassination of Caraibes FM journalist, Jean Monard Metellus.

The dirty work was entrusted to two (2) bikers, for the sum of ten (10) thousand dollars. These were the first data collected by the Department.

The Government Commissioner to the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince have been instructed to take action against the alleged criminals. Also, formal instructions have been passed to the police to ensure the safety of the journalist.
