Haiti Politics - If President Martelly cannot rule by decree and there are No elections, what happens in January 2015?

Let's think about this for a minute... In Haiti, The G6 Senators and the opposition are making lots of noise about the pressures they are getting from outside sources to vote on the electoral law. One senator, Moise Jean Charles said President Martelly cannot rule by decree, the Constitution forbids it... So... If President Martelly cannot rule by decree and there are No elections, what happens in January 2015?

Haiti President Martelly - Senator Moise Jean Charles

Moise Jean Charles idea is that Martelly should leave office and for a provisional government to hold general elections... Don't get me wrong but wasn't that what these opposition senators and all parties and groups who oppose the Martelly Administration wanted in the first place.

So they reach a point where they got Martelly by the balls, or many they think they do, they keep saying Martelly has no intention to hold elections and now they are making sure he does not hold elections...

I am curious to know... If President Martelly cannot rule by decree and there are No elections, what happens in January 2015?

It is more likely that the remaining Senators assume the powers of the Legislature and impeach Martelly, than Martelly, as an Executive, assume the powers of the Legislature.
