Haiti President's Son barely escapes being shot and killed in Port-au-Prince, radio reports
Later that day, both the Haitian National Police and the National Palace have denied that such an incident ever took place but it was all over Haitian radio that day that it supposedly happened.
There were mixed reports as to exactly what happened but here is what we heard so far...
The incident happened in Nazon at Kafou Samida.
According to news reports, the armed attack was carried out by armed individuals riding on motorbikes.
LoopHaiti.com reports four (4) individuals on motorbikes fired at the vehicle on which Joverlin Moise, the son of the Head of State, was on board.
Radio SCOOP FM said it was not an attack directly at the son of the president, it was just bandits shooting with cops where the first son of the republic would've fell victim.
