Haiti Elections Update - CEP President Pierre Louis Opont admitted in a press conference Sunday that Chef de Service Joseph Hebert Lucien escaped since Friday with all the materials necessary to print the ID badges for all the Mandataires, something he calls a sabotage and the root of all the problems of "No Mandats" the eve of the elections.

Joseph Hebert Lucien disappeared into thin air since Friday, he had in his procession all the 'Mandats' and the means to produce them, Pierre Louis Opont said.
The CEP did not want to create a state of panic among voters and candidates, so they kept this information secret until after election day.
Pierre Louis Opont said the police is actively looking for Mr. Joseph Hebert Lucien so he can answer questions for his attempted sabotage of the electoral process...
