The Electoral council sent out this invitation to the candidates in response to a note they sent to the CEP with a list of demands.

The CEP letter addresed to Candidates Samuel Madistin, Sauveur Pierre Etienne, Moise Jean Charles, Jude Celestin, Jean-Henry Ceant, Steeven Benoit, Eric Jean-Baptiste reads:

Indeed, according to the provisions of the Decree, a candidate or his representative may challenge the election of another candidate to the proper office of electoral disputes (bureau du contentieux électoral).

However, the Provisional Electoral Council, in order to make available to the signatories of the note the most information possible on this matter, would be pleased to meet you Monday, November 16, 2015 at 4:00 pm at the CEP headquarters...
