Uruguay Officials coming to Haiti do discuss retraction of their MINUSTAH troops

Uruguayan Foreign Minister Luis Almagro, and under-secretary of defense, Jorge Menendez, will make next week an official visit to Haiti to discuss the withdrawal of Uruguayan troops belonging to the United Nations Mission for the Stabilization 'Haiti (MINUSTAH)...
The exact date of the visit is not known, but it should be done before the end of November.
The officials also plan to go to the United Nations to discuss the retraction of Uruguayan troops from Haiti.
