Michel Pierre Brunache: Misinterpretation of President Martelly statement about "Caisse L'etat"

When Haiti president Michel Martelly said the "Caisse de l'Etat" was empty, it does not necessarily mean that the state (l'Etat Haitien) has no money to spend, says Michel Pierre Brunache, the new porte-parole of Prime minister Laurent Lamothe.

According to Mr. Brunache, it is more of a budget problem. he went on to say that there is indeed a lot of work being done by the government across the country and no budget has been voted by parliament to make available all the resources for the state's needs.

What do you think about that?
