Following the declaration by Mayor Gabriel Fortuné asks parents to arm themselves with sticks, rocks, machetes and even guns to fight against those who don't want their children to go to school, the former senator and Pitit Desalin opposition leader said Fortuné is just embittered because is can see clearly that his power is about to come crashing down.

Moise Jean Charles asks everyone in the city of Les Cayes and the entire country to rise up against President Jovenel Moise.
