A copy of the letter Jude Celestin wrote to the CEP is circulating online. it is basically a ONE-Sentence letter:

"Dear President Opont, dear members of the CEP, Once the verification commission is done is done working I will be more than happy to sit down and talk about the 2nd round elections"

This is what we call a stalemate!

Jude wants the commission in place, The CEP threatens to resign as a unit IF such a commission is created...

Hmmm...
