This commission is supposed to be composed by the Haitian Media association, Human rights sector, woman's right organizations, University, and National elections observers groups...

This commission must have full access to the vote tabulation center in order to identify cases of fraud and recommend the necessary punishments in order to restore trust in the electoral process...
