"I heard Roudy Aly will be returning to parliament as Minister of Justice... Roudy Aly will enter the Senate ONLY if I am not inside," Senator Kato said.

"As long as I am inside, Roudy Aly will not be able to get into the Senate. I will personally kick him out," he continued.

The Senator blames the Justice Minister for all the gang activities happening in Haiti these days.
