Insecurity : Haitian Prime Minister leaves parliament building under heavy gunfire Tuesday
While Haitian prime Minister Jean Michel Lapin was inside the parliament building ready to leave, armed bandits were in the perimeter discharging their heavy weapons.

Lots of shots were in La Salline, in the proximity of the Haitian parliament as Prime Minister Jean Michel Lapin was getting ready to leave the building after submitting his documents.
Even journalist complained about difficulties they had tring to get out of the parliament building.
Prime Minister lapin said he will address the problems of insecurity in Haiti in the coming days.
