Haiti - Rudy Hériveaux questions why Human Rights organizations said NOTHING about Arnel Belizaire bringing a weapon to a protest

Haiti Communications Minister Rudy Hériveaux questions why Human Rights organizations in Haiti made no comments about Depute Arnel Belizaire bringing an assault weapon to a street protest...

Men kisa Minis Hériveaux te di an KREYOL...

"...Fas a comportement depute saa [Arnel Belizaire]... Nou tres etoné pou nou wè... organisme ki di ke y-ap defann dwa moun yo gade yon silence... sa ki touble nou anpil alòs ke comportement saa ta merite ke yo kondane-l de maniere energique et avèk la plus grande force.

Jiskaprezan, n-ap tann bè kote organisme ki ap defann dwa moun sa yo yon reaction claire ki condané yon telle attitude."

TRANSLATION:

I am very surprised that the Haitian human rights organizations have been very quiet about Depute Arnel Belizaire bringing an assault weapon to a street protest. That troubles me. such a behavior should've been fiercely condemned.

I am still waiting to here what these human Rights organizations have to say about that.

QUESTION:

Why do you think an organization like Réseau National de Défense des Droits Humains (RNDDH) who is so quick to stand up when a "manifestan/protester" gets arrested would say nothing about that?
