Haiti Senator Willot Joseph wants autonomy for City Mayors, ASECs and CASECs

Haitian Centre Senator Willot Joseph says he cannot understand why all Senators, Deputes and the President of Haiti are treated like kings while the city mayors, ASECs and CASECs are treated like animals.

Haiti Senateur Willot Joseph

According to senator Willot Joseph, Deputes and senators have all the luxuries at their disposal while city mayors, ASECs and CASECs are being humiliated in public transportation to reach the capital city Port-au-Prince.

Willot Joseph wants these local elected officials to be treated like the official they are. He wants vehicles for the mayors and motorcycles for the ASECs and CASECs.

Not only that, Willot Joseph wants autonomy for these local officials so they have so that they are free from external control or influence and do the job they were elected to do.
