Sometimes I am not so sure where Haiti Senate President Simon Dieuseul Desras stands but earlier today I read an article that says: Desras seems to increasingly be heading towards the road to elections BUT... Haiti Senate Finally confirms Nehemie Joseph as Member of the Electoral Council (CEP)

The Senate of the Republic of Haiti has finally confirmed Néhémie Joseph to represent Parliament in the new provisoinal electoral council (CEP)... So I guess that means Leopold Berlanger can finally get to work and the CEP will be at full speed with nine (9) members... I guess... Right? more »
