Haiti's biggest obstacle is the fact that Haiti is a country divided, President Jovenel said
President Jovenel said: "The biggest obstacle that I've come across in my two years and 9 months as president is the fact that Haiti is a country torn apart and divided."
"Everyone has his or her own plan to save Haiti; however, no one wants to sit the other so we can save Haiti together," the president said. "Each person wants to save Haiti all by himself."
President Jovenel pointed this out during his speech for the launching of a cooperative financing program in the Artibonite region Thursday November 28, 2019, at the National palace.
If this the only ingredient missing in fight to save Haiti and raise it from its ashes, then the cure can be found right on the Haitian flag: L'Union Fait La Force.
