Haitian opposition leader Andre Michel spoke out against the address to the nation of Haitian President Jovenel Moise. There is no negotiating with Jovenel Moise, Michel said.

"We are not looking for jobs," the opposition leader said. "Any possible negotiation must start with the resignation of Jovenel Moise as president of Haiti."
Andre Michel even went as far as calling President Jovenel Moise a "Je Chèch."
