Opposition man Andre Michel made the decision for everyone in Haiti this Christmas season that there will holiday in Haiti this year. "Malere pa nan fèt (Poor people cannot feast), he said.

"Nou pa nan fèt nou pa nan trèv. mwa Desanm sa se pwal yon mwa de konba sur toute l'étendue du territoire national."
Translation: We will not celebrate and there will be not break, Andre Michel said. This month of december will be a month con combat everywere in Haiti.
